Lil 5 minutes of yoga

Trying something different today. I stopped posting here, to shift my time from our daily check-ins to daily anti-racism work. Also, I started an in-person internship, and a daily check-in wasn’t possible. If you’re interested in anti-racism work, please reach out. I host a free weekly accountability group and provide a weekly resource list.
In the midst of all of this newness, I’m finding that returning to yoga is helping me stay grounded. I made a short video for you, if you’d like to give it a go. Let me know what ya think. xo
